Monique has been an educator and therapist for over 20 years. Her background is comprehensive and includes person centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, restorative justice training, affect psychology, art therapy and psychophysiology. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families to help bring about healthy changes to self and relationships. 

Monique’s  integrates the safety and precision of scientific research with the passion and imagination of the arts and philosophy. She brings much life experience to her work.She has been a long time practitioner of meditation and yoga and believes strongly  working holistically with people to heal trauma, optimise brain function and develop creative potential

Monique has specialist training in Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, Brain Function Analysis (QEEG )and Stress Assessment and is the only person in New Zealand with international certification in both neurofeedback and QEEG analysis. She offers supervision and training in neuroscience orientated approaches to therapy and wellbeing. Monique is secretary of the Biofeedback Society of New Zealand and a member of the Applied Neuroscience Society of Australasia.
