  1. Preliminary clinical assessment
  2. Sleep record kept for 2 weeks before the first face to face session (You will be given a template for this)
  3. Session 1: face to face therapy in person or on Skype (55mins)
  4. Webinar: Creating the sleep environment
  5. Session 2: face to face therapy in person or on Skype (55mins)
  6. Session 3: Face to face therapy in person or on Skype (55mins)
  7. Webinar:  Sleep stages and transitions between waking and sleep
  8. Session 4: face to face therapy in person or on Skype (55mins)

The programme can be run for more than one person at the same time at a reduced cost per person. Please enquire.
